Manage a territory of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) accounts, build relationships with key decision makers, prospect and perform in-person visits, drive sales of power tools/accessories, execute go-to-market plans, conduct distributor and end-user training, manage budgets and travel, and use Salesforce and Power BI to develop strategic growth plans and track KPIs.

Directs channel marketing strategy for HTAS within TM&A channels, overseeing profitability, pricing, promotion, merchandising, product launches, market communications, and channel P&L. Collaborates with Commercial, Product, Brand, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales teams. Analyzes POS, inventory, market share, competition, and promotional effectiveness while managing listings, mix, pricing, and margin improvement.

Conduct internal audit engagements from planning through reporting, including interviews, walkthroughs, testing, analytical procedures, and findings remediation. Support external audit testing and inventory counts, analyze data for risks and control weaknesses, prepare audit reports, and collaborate with stakeholders on corrective actions. Maintain knowledge of auditing standards and emerging risks, manage multiple assignments, participate in special projects, and travel domestically and internationally approximately 30%.
