Serve as Product Owner for internal applications and a client-facing Shareholder Portal. Own delivery-team execution, backlog prioritization, user story definition, stakeholder collaboration, and product performance monitoring. Translate business needs into outcome-oriented work, remove blockers, and ensure regular delivery of usable value while supporting product strategy and continuous improvement.

Lead and deliver cross-functional projects while building change management as a discipline. Develop change strategies, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption plans. Manage project scope, schedules, risks, governance, and post-go-live stabilization. Measure adoption and readiness, establish templates and tools, and influence leaders to drive sustainable organizational change.

Lead end-to-end payments operations, overseeing payments managers and compliance. Ensure accurate, timely shareholder and closing-day payments, enforce controls, manage exceptions and reconciliations, partner with banks and cross-functional teams, deliver reporting, and drive process improvements and scalability while building and coaching a high-performing team. Series 99 license required.
