Teams at SPS

Provide mailroom and shipping/receiving services: sort and process inbound/outbound mail, operate mailroom equipment, manage package transactions, maintain records and supplies, notify recipients, support reception/concierge duties, and deliver excellent customer service while keeping the business service center organized.

Serve as the front-desk brand ambassador: greet visitors, manage a digital guest log and global switchboard, enforce access/security protocols, support mail/hospitality/facilities, set up meetings and AV, and maintain reception and pantry areas. Cross-train across office services to ensure smooth daily operations.
