Lead international tax strategy and compliance, manage transfer pricing and related documentation, prepare and review complex US international tax calculations and filings (GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, FTC, BEAT), oversee foreign tax provision (ASC 740/IFRS) and non-US filings, support M&A and treasury tax planning, and coordinate audits with internal teams and external advisors.

Lead post-sale technical implementations, manage installations, upgrades, testing and configurations, coordinate with partners and clients, track project progress, resolve issues, and maintain industry-specific product knowledge to exceed customer expectations.

Support Sales and Insights by building ROI analyses, business cases, dashboards, and KPI reporting to recover retail deductions, enable upsells, and inform GTM strategy. Drive process improvements, surface operational insights, and handle sensitive revenue data to influence sales and product decisions.
