The role owns revenue and pipeline performance, coaches sales representatives through call reviews and role-play, recruits top talent, supports complex deal strategy, analyzes sales metrics, and collaborates cross-functionally with Sales Development, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams.

Leads an enterprise sales team by setting revenue and strategic goals, coaching Account Executives, recruiting talent, and improving sales effectiveness. Partners with Sales Development, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to optimize go-to-market execution. Analyzes pipeline and performance data, supports deal strategy and negotiations, communicates market insights to leadership, and develops long-term team plans while consistently delivering revenue and productivity targets.

Leads strategic social media consulting and Premier Success engagements for enterprise customers, advising executive stakeholders, optimizing workflows, analyzing social intelligence, and developing reports, playbooks, and workshops. Manages software implementations, platform configuration, change management, training, and adoption across Sprout Social products. Serves English- and Spanish-speaking customers while coordinating projects, deliverables, and internal service standardization.
