Leads and develops enterprise Customer Success Managers across the West region. Drives customer adoption, value realization, retention, renewals, and expansion through success planning, health monitoring, executive engagement, and risk mitigation. Partners with Sales, Services, Product, and Support to deliver consistent customer outcomes, improve team capabilities, and maintain effective operating rhythms, reporting, and account planning.

Manage enterprise customer relationships and success plans across a portfolio of Fortune 100 clients. Drive product adoption, value realization, ROI, retention, self-service, and expansion opportunities. Analyze customer health data, KPIs, and usage indicators to identify risks and recommend solutions. Lead transformational programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, communicate with executive stakeholders, advocate for customer needs internally, and guide implementation of products, features, and integrations.

Serve as the technical lead for Sprinklrs largest enterprise customers: manage escalations, monitor SLAs, troubleshoot platform issues (databases, Java, logging), coordinate with engineering/success/sales, run reviews, prepare health and release reports, and provide digital marketing and integration consulting to optimize customer use of the Sprinklr platform.
