Serve as a senior presales trusted advisor for enterprise accounts: lead discovery, design tailored Unified-CXM solutions, run workshops and POCs, craft solution architectures, deliver demos, and align cross-functional teams to drive measurable marketing and CX outcomes.

Serve as the technical lead for Sprinklrs largest enterprise customers: manage escalations, monitor SLAs, troubleshoot platform issues (databases, Java, logging), coordinate with engineering/success/sales, run reviews, prepare health and release reports, and provide digital marketing and integration consulting to optimize customer use of the Sprinklr platform.
