Oversees lien waivers, subcontractor compliance, licensing, internal controls, audit support, lender and surety reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and job-level variance analysis. Partners with the CFO, Controller, project managers, payroll, asset management, AP, and external advisors to improve financial processes and manage compliance risk.
