Teams at Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC

Coordinates and executes resident activities, develops monthly calendars, procures performers, provides seminars, maintains the resident library, and transports residents safely to events. Requires strong communication, organization, customer service, and independent work skills.

Supports residents’ health and well-being through clinical monitoring, admissions screening, assessments, care-plan implementation, medication and treatment administration, care coordination, documentation, and compliance with state regulations. Works with community nurses, caregivers, medication personnel, physicians, and outside providers to maintain clinical excellence and respond to resident health changes.
