Oversee development and delivery of resident-centered activities and events. Lead programming staff, coordinate with departments and external partners, design signature programs, track participation and outcomes, and adapt offerings to residents needs and aging trends to promote engagement and quality of life.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for assigned regions and corporate. Partner with operations and accounting to analyze variances, drive pricing and cash flow decisions, build Vena reports, and support finance transformation and strategic planning.

Lead compliance, systems controls, and internal audit workstreams—plan and execute operational, compliance, and limited-scope financial audits; evaluate policies, controls, and system configurations; identify control gaps and risks; support policy development; guide and train team members; and recommend process improvements and automation to strengthen internal controls and operational efficiency.
