Lead engineering teams responsible for PSTN, voicemail, routing, and test/validation engineering. Drive technical roadmaps, ensure FCC compliance, oversee Tier3/4 support, develop front-line leaders, and implement test automation and quality controls.

Lead strategic operations for corporate workplace and facilities across a multi-site portfolio. Manage budgets, capital reinvestment, life-safety and emergency preparedness, vendor sourcing, KPIs, and a high-performing facilities team to optimize occupancy experience and operational reliability.
