Architect, harden, and maintain highly available APIs and automation to reduce incidents, uphold SLAs, and drive cross-platform consistency and observability.

Drive new business sales within an assigned territory by prospecting, conducting consultative needs analyses, proposing tailored Spectrum Business voice/data/video/mobile solutions, closing deals to meet targets, and maintaining CRM records while collaborating for order execution and customer service.
