The role requires strong organization, communication, computer skills, and at least three years of general office experience.

Leads Spectrum’s approximately $10 billion indirect procurement portfolio, setting strategic sourcing direction across technology, services, labor, benefits, security, and marketing categories. Oversees complex negotiations, supplier partnerships, savings initiatives, risk mitigation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement. Builds executive stakeholder relationships, influences corporate decisions, and leads, develops, and retains a high-performing procurement team.

Leads engineering teams responsible for 5G and WiFi RAN performance, optimization, network quality, capacity, and user experience. Defines KPIs, resolves network bottlenecks, performs root-cause analysis, oversees configuration and software upgrades, manages vendor relationships, and drives performance improvements. Uses AI/ML, Python, Alteryx, and Tableau for anomaly detection and automated reporting while supporting 24x7 network operations.
