Write on-brand captions, monitor engagement, coordinate with campus staff, track KPIs and report, maintain media calendars, and stay current on platform trends and algorithms. Flexible hours and occasional rapid turnarounds required.

Manage all program functions including faculty hiring, training, and evaluation; oversee student success, attendance, and advisement; develop schedules and curriculum; manage equipment, licensed software, consumables, and program budget; and teach courses as required.
