Manages parking facility operations, including customer service, staffing, training, budgeting, revenue optimization, cash controls, vendor needs, maintenance, client relationships, safety, and OSHA compliance. Oversees hiring and performance of frontline employees, prepares deposits and financial reports, reviews expenses and P&L activity, resolves client concerns, and implements operational improvements to maximize profitability and service quality.
