Designs, implements, administers, and supports IAM and identity governance platforms, including SailPoint and Microsoft Entra ID. Responsibilities include application onboarding, role and entitlement modeling, workflow and access-request development, automation, scripting, configuration, troubleshooting, platform updates, documentation, metrics, and tier 3 support. The role partners with application owners, developers, DBAs, architects, and other IT teams to improve access processes, security controls, system performance, and auditability.

Manages the daily operations and maturation of a federated enterprise data governance program. Leads governance councils and stewardship groups, defines roles, develops policies and guidance, drives stakeholder adoption and training, and advances data quality, metadata, lineage, and issue resolution practices. Partners with legal, privacy, security, compliance, business, technical, and external stakeholders while maintaining governance documentation, monitoring program performance, and coordinating approvals and improvements.

Conduct market research and competitive intelligence on U.S. higher education trends, learner behavior, program demand, and emerging opportunities. Analyze internal and external datasets, build and maintain Fabric and Power BI models and dashboards, identify meaningful trends, and translate complex findings into executive-ready presentations. Partner with marketing and product teams on strategic research, portfolio reviews, and new program proposals while managing multiple analytical projects and ensuring data accuracy.
