Manage and develop the Finance System Support team to maintain and improve core finance systems (SAP and related apps). Oversee day-to-day support, month-end readiness, access and controls, release cycles, change management, testing, and stakeholder communications. Partner with finance, IT, and vendors to resolve issues, deliver enhancements, and support AI-enabled finance initiatives while ensuring alignment with audit, compliance, and business requirements.

Transform SOC operational data into actionable insights to improve MDR service delivery. Analyze workflows, identify gaps and trends, define performance metrics, validate improvements, integrate AI into analysis, conduct root-cause investigations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality, efficiency, and customer experience.

Partner with Americas sales leadership to design, deliver, and measure GTM enablement programs. Build AI-enabled sales readiness, create field-ready playbooks and training, facilitate workshops and coaching, manage program execution, maintain content governance, and use CRM and enablement data to track adoption and impact.
