Owns technical execution of unmanned system deployments, including preparation, integration, troubleshooting, field repairs, mission execution, recovery, and documentation. Administers Linux and embedded compute systems, diagnoses hardware, networking, RF, payload, and software issues, and develops temporary tools or workarounds. Trains operators, supports customer onboarding, advises on operational procedures, and relays field feedback to Product and Engineering teams. Requires at least 25% travel and experience supporting defense, government, military, or unmanned-system customers.

Owns forward-deployed communications and networking missions from preparation through recovery. Configures and troubleshoots IP networks, Linux systems, video streaming, RF, satellite, and beyond-line-of-sight communications in austere environments. Supports field exercises and operational missions, trains military and government customers, develops diagnostic tools, and provides feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
