Leads Solventum’s global digital dentistry strategy, portfolio, and Clarity Portal roadmap. Translates clinical and customer needs into product requirements, prioritizes investments, aligns cross-functional teams, manages partnerships, and drives evidence-based product outcomes. Leads and develops Product Managers while coordinating with R&D, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, Architecture, and regional teams. The role is remote with 20% domestic and international travel.

Leads commercial and government contracting legal support for Solventum’s U.S. and Canada MedSurg business. Drafts and negotiates GPO, IDN, health system, distributor, DME, customer, service, and public-sector agreements; advises on pricing, rebates, compliance, healthcare fraud and abuse, antitrust, governance, and regulatory risks; supports contract playbooks, governance, training, and strategic negotiations.

The Global CAPA Quality Analyst serves as a subject matter expert for corrective and preventive action processes, reviews CAPA records, and supports governance, escalation, and risk-based decision-making. The role develops training and guidance, analyzes CAPA metrics and trends, supports management reviews, and helps deploy and improve global quality management systems and processes. It requires experience in quality investigations, problem-solving, project management, and familiarity with international quality and auditing requirements.
