Provide onsite administrative support for construction projects: maintain office trailer and supplies, manage inventory and site access logs, coordinate deliveries and equipment repairs, track safety paperwork and sign-ins, communicate updates between field and project management, and handle mail and basic office housekeeping.

Lead and scale SOLV Energy's enterprise permitting program for utility-scale solar, BESS, high-voltage, and O&M projects. Set permitting strategy, standards, playbooks, KPIs; hire and manage Regional Permitting Managers; act as senior escalation for complex regulatory and stakeholder issues; represent the company with agencies and clients; support business development, contracts, and cross-functional integration.

Lead enterprise risk management, insurance and surety programs, claims oversight, alternative risk financing (including captives), and cross-functional loss-reduction initiatives. Advise executive leadership, manage renewals and brokers, analyze claims and KRIs, negotiate contract risk provisions, and partner with Safety, Fleet, Finance, and legal to reduce total cost of risk.
