The Director will lead and establish the BESS Operations & Maintenance service line, overseeing strategic planning, operational execution, team development, and compliance management while integrating with existing O&M processes.

Lead preconstruction for high-voltage transmission, substation, and switchyard projects from opportunity identification through bid, pricing, and handoff. Own estimating accuracy, stage-gate processes, vendor/subcontractor solicitation, constructability reviews, risk registers, and team development while standardizing tools and benchmarking estimate-to-actual performance across the HV portfolio.

The Senior Substation Engineer designs, implements, and tests electrical substations, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards while collaborating across teams.
