The Talent Acquisition Partner manages full-cycle recruiting across multiple states, proactively sources candidates, builds diverse talent pipelines, partners with hiring managers, and supports strategic workforce planning. Responsibilities include developing job descriptions, maintaining recruiting metrics, improving hiring processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience, managing applicant data, and applying inclusive recruiting practices. The role requires expertise in sourcing, Boolean searches, interviewing, onboarding, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting within construction, renewable energy, infrastructure, or related technical fields.

Lead enterprise risk management, insurance and surety programs, claims oversight, alternative risk financing (including captives), and cross-functional loss-reduction initiatives. Advise executive leadership, manage renewals and brokers, analyze claims and KRIs, negotiate contract risk provisions, and partner with Safety, Fleet, Finance, and legal to reduce total cost of risk.

The Director will lead and establish the BESS Operations & Maintenance service line, overseeing strategic planning, operational execution, team development, and compliance management while integrating with existing O&M processes.

Provide legal counsel supporting EPC, commercial contracting, procurement, regulatory compliance, risk management, claims and dispute resolution for renewable energy and construction projects. Draft, negotiate, and manage complex contracts; advise leadership and cross-functional teams; oversee outside counsel, legal budgets, and governance; develop compliance programs and practical risk mitigation strategies.

Lead preconstruction and project mobilization for large utility-scale solar, battery storage, and high-voltage substation projects. Manage estimating, budgets (GMP/Lump Sum), subcontract procurement, scheduling, QA/QC, safety planning, contract compliance, project reporting, team supervision, and stakeholder relationships while supporting estimating and business development.

Lead regional permitting for utility-scale solar, BESS, and high-voltage projects from due diligence through permit closeout. Manage permit applications, AHJ engagement, plan check responses, and cross-functional coordination. Provide permitting input for preconstruction and support business development. Track timelines, mitigate permitting risks, and represent the company at public meetings and hearings across the Central region.

Lead preconstruction for high-voltage transmission, substation, and switchyard projects from opportunity identification through bid, pricing, and handoff. Own estimating accuracy, stage-gate processes, vendor/subcontractor solicitation, constructability reviews, risk registers, and team development while standardizing tools and benchmarking estimate-to-actual performance across the HV portfolio.
