Lead complex global partner and channel transactions, including reseller, referral, MSP, OEM, systems integrator, and strategic alliance agreements. Advise business leaders on deal structures, negotiations, legal risks, and commercial solutions while collaborating across sales, product, privacy, security, finance, tax, engineering, operations, and compliance. Develop scalable contracting templates, playbooks, policies, training, and workflows for the company’s expanding partnerships program.

Leads complex data center, infrastructure, procurement, lease, colocation, facilities, and operations agreements for a global cloud platform. Negotiates transactions, advises cross-functional teams on risk and performance, supports international expansion, and develops scalable legal templates, playbooks, and approval frameworks. Requires substantial in-house infrastructure transaction experience, a J.D., and active U.S. bar admission.

Own and scale the company’s global privacy and data protection program. Advise product, engineering, sales, marketing, security, and executives on privacy laws, data transfers, DPAs, AI governance, security commitments, incident response, and regulatory requirements. Manage privacy assessments, data inventories, notices, training, outside counsel, and vendor relationships. Partner with Security and GRC on audits, certifications, breach response, government requests, and customer obligations while building scalable processes and eventually a privacy team.
