Own and scale the company’s global privacy and data protection program. Advise product, engineering, sales, marketing, security, and executives on privacy laws, data transfers, DPAs, AI governance, security commitments, incident response, and regulatory requirements. Manage privacy assessments, data inventories, notices, training, outside counsel, and vendor relationships. Partner with Security and GRC on audits, certifications, breach response, government requests, and customer obligations while building scalable processes and eventually a privacy team.

Serve as lead commercial counsel for the go-to-market organization, negotiating complex enterprise, strategic, partnership, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and AI agreements. Advise sales and business stakeholders on risk, regulatory, privacy, and commercial issues; build scalable legal processes, templates, playbooks, risk frameworks, CLM tools, and AI-enabled workflows; support quote-to-cash automation; and partner with senior leaders on strategic initiatives.

The Vice President, Legal will lead healthcare regulatory and commercial legal matters for an AI-enabled diagnostic imaging company. Responsibilities include negotiating healthcare, technology, data use, vendor, and strategic partnership agreements; advising on Anti-Kickback, Stark Law, HIPAA, FDA, physician arrangement, and AI-related issues; supporting corporate, employment, compliance, and governance matters; developing legal processes and playbooks; and managing outside counsel.

Leads the regulatory legal function and manages attorneys advising on digital care delivery, pharmacy and laboratory operations, healthcare technology, AI, and FDA-regulated products. Provides strategic counsel to executives, manages legal risk, develops regulatory strategies, and supports global growth. Builds and mentors the legal team while advising on healthcare regulations including telehealth, corporate practice of medicine, pharmacy law, laboratory services, Stark and Anti-Kickback laws, and state and federal standards.
