Lead and manage software projects as Scrum Master across multiple teams, delivering initiatives using Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall SDLC. Coordinate stakeholders, improve business processes, transfer knowledge to teams, present to C-level, and multitask throughout the project lifecycle.

Serve as Scrum Master for mobile application teams: facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, manage backlog and dependencies, provide metrics and status, support product owners, plan capacity and releases, and drive project delivery using Agile best practices.

Design the presentation layer for web and mobile applications: create sitemaps, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs. Collaborate with teammates, QA, and project leads to ensure standards, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and project delivery. Support application design and implementation in IT and clinical domains.
