The Staff Credit Policy Analyst leads the development and governance of credit policies for home loans, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency while collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Manage and scale the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) and full-value awards (RSU/PSU), oversee daily equity operations, approve analyst work, lead automation and integrations, operationalize global mobility and tax sourcing, and design employee education on equity and LTI.

Prepare, review, and submit bank and holding company regulatory filings (Call Report, FRY series). Maintain regulatory reports in Axiom ControllerView, research reporting requirements, respond to regulator inquiries, review reconciliations and intercompany transactions, support audits/exams, identify process improvements, coach staff, and support ad-hoc regulatory projects.
