Owns Socure’s organizational effectiveness programs, including engagement surveys, lifecycle listening, organizational health diagnostics, reporting, and action planning. Supports operating model design, change management, culture initiatives, and strategic talent projects. The role builds playbooks, dashboards, and repeatable workflows; analyzes people and HRIS data; partners with HRBPs and business leaders; and translates organizational insights into actionable recommendations and well-adopted change.

Leads Socure’s Workforce go-to-market strategy, sales growth, and commercial execution across HR technology, staffing, screening, payroll, HRIS, and enterprise hiring markets. Builds and mentors a sales team, drives pipeline, forecasting, negotiations, bookings, and revenue attainment, and develops executive relationships with HR and talent leaders. Partners with Product, Marketing, and Account Management on workforce-specific solutions, product-market fit, customer value realization, and industry thought leadership.

Drive strategic enterprise sales growth for AI-powered identity and fraud solutions across payments and lending. Own a greenfield territory, expand existing accounts, manage full-cycle sales, build executive relationships, conduct consultative selling, forecast pipeline, collaborate cross-functionally, influence product direction, and represent the company at industry events.
