As a Sales Engineer for SMB clients, you'll provide technical support and guidance in pre-sales, lead demos, create technical content, and bridge customer needs with engineering and product teams.

Build and scale secure package patching infrastructure for the JavaScript ecosystem. Responsibilities include researching and patching high-impact vulnerabilities, developing automated vulnerability detection and patch creation workflows, building APIs and integrations for certified package delivery, creating testing and quality assurance tooling, and prioritizing remediation efforts. The role collaborates with security researchers and helps shape Socket’s technical roadmap for software supply chain security.

Own and optimize Socket’s revenue operations systems, including HubSpot, Clay, and the broader GTM stack. Lead the planned migration to Salesforce, maintain data quality, manage territories and routing, improve funnel and pipeline reporting, support commissions, and build automation that helps sales representatives work more effectively. Partner closely with sales leadership, IT, and representatives to identify operational issues and implement scalable solutions.
