Lead HR business-partnering for a globally distributed product team: ensure staffing, onboarding, performance management, engagement, retention, HR process implementation, payroll budget oversight, C&B and analytics, and satisfaction measurement for managers and employees.

Lead marketing analytics: own reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data quality; monitor KPIs; run A/B tests and experiments; build attribution, forecasting, segmentation, and budget-allocation models; automate workflows and drive continuous measurement improvements.

Serve as HR Business Partner for a global, remote Core Business Unit. Drive staffing, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits analytics, engagement, retention, HR process implementation, compliance, and measure HR satisfaction metrics across distributed product teams.
