Supports and maintains enterprise customer web integrations using Smartling’s web proxy solution. Owns technical tickets, troubleshoots browser and network issues, leads customer workshops, creates diagnostic scripts and tooling, manages production configuration changes, and collaborates with Engineering on product fixes. The role requires strong web technologies, debugging, communication, and customer-facing technical consulting skills.

Designs and leads scalable technical integrations and implementations for enterprise customers. The role gathers requirements, develops solutions, manages implementation changes, leads technical workshops, troubleshoots complex issues, advises stakeholders, promotes platform adoption, and contributes to process improvements and internal tools. Strong experience with web technologies, REST APIs, scripting, and customer-facing technical solution design is required.

Own end-to-end localization operations for enterprise clients, serving as the primary operational contact and trusted advisor. Coordinate stakeholders and cross-functional teams, manage localization workflows and configurations across TMS and project tools, resolve client and internal issues, and improve processes through documentation, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. The role requires localization or translation project management experience, client communication skills, familiarity with localization formats and CAT/TMS tools, and strong organizational abilities.
