The Quality Analysis Engineer ensures customer satisfaction and brand quality through root-cause analysis, collaboration with teams, and implementing corrective actions across product lifecycles.

Lead territory sales for utility-scale solar and battery energy storage (BESS). Build senior-level relationships with IPPs, EPCs, developers and utilities, develop strategic account plans, manage pipeline and forecasts, collaborate with internal product and engineering teams, and support long sales cycles including travel to trade shows and headquarters.

Provide senior technical expertise for PV and battery energy storage systems: review designs and interconnection requirements, recommend SMA products, support sales and EPC customers, create training and sales materials, conduct competitor analysis, and coordinate with product, engineering, and global teams.

Lead territory sales for utility-scale solar and battery energy storage, manage key accounts and executive relationships, develop strategic plans and business cases, drive pipeline forecasting, collaborate cross-functionally, attend industry events, and travel domestically and to headquarters as required.

Serve as subject-matter expert for modeling and grid-integration analysis of utility-scale solar, storage, and hybrid plants. Perform dynamic and steady-state simulations, validate inverter-based resource behavior, interpret ISO/TSO interconnection requirements, produce technical reports, support model portfolio management across PSS/E, PSCAD, TSAT, and coordinate with global teams and industry working groups.
