Determines working interests, ownership burdens, and royalty impacts through title and lease analysis. Maintains revenue and joint interest billing decks, aligns ownership data across Well Master, JVA, and PRA, processes ownership transfers and pay code changes, resolves owner inquiries, and ensures compliance with contracts and regulations. Mentors junior analysts, supports process improvements, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders.

Leads an infrastructure team supporting servers, storage, networking, cloud, virtualization, databases, collaboration systems, backup, disaster recovery, and field/OT networking. Oversees daily operations, reliability, architecture standards, roadmap execution, compliance, vendor management, budgeting, and continuous improvement. Coaches 8–10 infrastructure professionals, manages escalations and service levels, and supports secure infrastructure foundations for AI initiatives.

Build and productionize LLM-based and agentic AI systems, transforming validated prototypes into reliable enterprise deployments. Design shared AI platform capabilities including agent infrastructure, evaluation harnesses, deployment patterns, and sandboxes. Partner with data engineering, security, infrastructure, and delivery teams to integrate governed enterprise data, establish standards, and ensure operational readiness. Document architectures, support clean handoffs, and evaluate emerging AI technologies for enterprise use.
