Leads mineral processing and metallurgical engineering projects, including test-work design and supervision, plant design and optimization, operating cost estimation, mine due diligence, feasibility studies, financial modeling, technical reporting, client presentations, and project leadership. The role also supports business development and prepares NI 43-101 and international-equivalent reports while managing multidisciplinary teams and client relationships.

Leads complex acoustics, noise, and vibration projects; provides technical oversight, modeling, field measurement, analysis, reporting, and client advisory services. Manages scope, budgets, schedules, quality, and stakeholder communication while mentoring staff and developing client relationships. Supports proposals, business development, conferences, recruitment, and expansion of the acoustics practice across environmental, architectural, industrial, transportation, marine, and underwater applications.

Lead and grow the Transactional Due Diligence practice by managing EHS-focused M&A due diligence engagements, mentoring staff, developing client relationships, scoping and budgeting projects, delivering concise technical findings and recommendations, and ensuring projects meet timelines and budget goals.
