Mentors engineers, manages workflows and project execution, coordinates with clients, utilities, vendors, and authorities, supports field activities and business development, and drives continuous improvement across projects in North America and the Caribbean.

Leads New Jersey environmental investigation, remediation, compliance, and engineering projects while growing an established client book. Serves as a senior technical leader and seller-doer, overseeing proposals, pricing, project delivery, financials, regulatory coordination, technical reports, remedy evaluation, and client relationships. Provides technical oversight, mentors staff, supports recruiting, and partners with an LSRP on NJDEP alignment and project strategy.

Lead growth of Gulf Coast oil & gas air quality practice by delivering air permitting and compliance services, driving business development, managing major client projects, mentoring staff, and ensuring regulatory strategy and technical excellence across upstream, midstream, and downstream operations.
