Oversee PCB/PCBA inspection, conformal coating checks, environmental and mechanical testing, final inspection and documentation, calibration management, UL/ISO compliance, internal audits, and continuous improvement to ensure products meet NEMA, customer, and contract specifications before shipment.

Create CNC programs for punch presses, lasers, and press brakes from SolidWorks models; manage tooling, generate setup sheets, update part files, reduce setup times, ensure quality and specification compliance, and drive process improvements with engineering and planning.

Set up and operate CNC and manual sheet metal equipment to fabricate high-tolerance parts, read blueprints, perform layout, cutting, bending, forming and assembly, inspect parts with precision tools, maintain equipment, follow safety protocols, and collaborate with engineers and quality control to resolve fabrication issues.
