Lead QA/QC for electronic, electro-mechanical, and sheet metal manufacturing in an ISO 9001 facility. Oversee PCB/PCBA inspection, conformal coating checks, environmental and mechanical testing, final inspection and documentation, calibration management, UL/ISO compliance, internal audits, and continuous improvement to ensure products meet NEMA, customer, and contract specifications before shipment.

Create and maintain clear installation, user, maintenance, and troubleshooting documentation for electronic signage hardware and software. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and support to produce manuals, wiring diagrams, schematics, and training materials; ensure version control and compliance with safety standards (UL, CE, FCC).

Inspect incoming materials and finished products, read blueprints, perform dimensional and functional tests, use automated testing systems, record metrics, ensure production and equipment meet quality and safety standards, and report findings to the quality manager.

Perform final assembly of gas price and traffic signs, including DC/electrical assembly, LED panel assembly, bolting/riveting, alignment, troubleshooting, repair, and fabrication to meet quality standards.

Manage day-to-day manufacturing operations including machining, fabrication, welding, and assembly. Lead production staff, schedule work, enforce safety and quality (ISO 9001:2015), drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives, resolve production issues, control inventory, and report results to the Director of Manufacturing.

Design and develop mechanical systems and assemblies for Variable Message Sign (VMS) products with a DFM focus. Create and maintain SolidWorks models, drawings, and BOMs; manage PDMWorks data and automation; perform FEA and support prototype builds, production ramp, field installations, and cross-functional integration with manufacturing, electrical, and software teams.

Work in a manufacturing environment cutting, weeding, taping, and applying vinyl graphics to substrates. Operate hand tools and possibly plotters, lift up to 50 lbs, maintain quality and a clean workspace, follow engineering direction, and perform other assigned production duties.

Set up and operate CNC and manual sheet metal equipment to fabricate high-tolerance parts, read blueprints, perform layout, cutting, bending, forming and assembly, inspect parts with precision tools, maintain equipment, follow safety protocols, and collaborate with engineers and quality control to resolve fabrication issues.

Sell SaaS solutions by identifying customer needs, delivering technical demos, handling objections, supporting trials and implementations, responding to RFPs, and meeting quarterly and annual sales targets while collaborating with implementation teams for long-term customer success.

Create CNC programs for punch presses, lasers, and press brakes from SolidWorks models; manage tooling, generate setup sheets, update part files, reduce setup times, ensure quality and specification compliance, and drive process improvements with engineering and planning.

Manage full sales cycle for traffic sign products: prospecting, presentations, proposals, CRM tracking, contract and order processing, customer relationship and project engagement, and meet sales targets with frequent travel.

Assemble mechanical parts using hand and power tools, align and fit components, bolt and rivet assemblies, dismantle and repair products, and follow quality control and blueprint specifications. Role requires strong hand-eye coordination and frequent heavy lifting.

Supervise 2nd-shift manufacturing operations, manage personnel and workflow, ensure quality, safety, and ISO 9001/2015 compliance, resolve production issues, coach employees, schedule staffing, and control inventory and requisitions.
