As a Sr Technical Support Representative, you will provide expertise in customer support for drone operations, troubleshoot issues, and enhance customer satisfaction through proactive communication and feedback loops.

Design and produce learner-centered, multimedia and simulation-driven training for pilots and technicians. Translate complex technical systems into videos, motion graphics, animations, AR/VR/XR and simulator-based learning; expand Paraverse and AI-assisted workflows; establish scalable production standards; collaborate with instructors, engineers, and SMEs to improve operational readiness.

The Senior Manager, Training will lead customer training programs focused on drone technology for public safety and federal clients, ensuring effective adoption and compliance.
