The Mission Success Operations Manager will build and optimize processes for the Mission Success team, focusing on post-sales efficiency and customer success through automation and effective resource utilization.

The Deployment Engineer will implement and maintain cloud-connected drones, troubleshoot connectivity, and liaise with clients for successful deployment, ensuring technical specifications are met.

Serve as primary post-award lead for strategic DoD, SOCOM, Navy, Marine Corps, and IC accounts. Drive deployment, integration, sustainment, adoption, and contract execution while managing risks, executive engagements, renewals, and cross-functional coordination to deliver mission outcomes and account growth.
