The VP of Valuation Management manages the quarterly valuation process, supervises workflow, executes valuation reviews, oversees client communications, and ensures timely delivery of appraisal reports and presentations.

Lead valuation management for bank and lending engagements; oversee appraisal review and third-party appraisal processes; supervise and mentor valuation team; produce valuation reviews, consulting reports and deliverables; analyze appraisals and cash flows; serve as client engagement lead and resolve non-compliance issues.

This role provides technical support for computer hardware and software, mobile devices, and printers, handling escalations and assisting in project implementations.
