Lead and build the finance function for a PE-backed, multi-branch services platform. Own financial strategy, reporting, forecasting, treasury, tax, insurance, IT strategy, and M&A financial integration. Partner with CEO, operations, and the sponsor to drive cash management, branch-level profitability, controls, and scalable systems while recruiting and developing a finance team.

Owns cost, schedule, and performance across DoD contracts supporting Army and Joint program offices. Serves as the primary government customer contact, leads program reviews, coordinates engineers and subcontractors, manages product orders through shipment, resolves resource conflicts, supports capture efforts, and maintains program documentation and portfolio updates. The role requires operational or mission experience, technical team leadership, customer-facing program management, and the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Leads HVAC and plumbing acquisition integrations from post-LOI through Day 100, coordinating operations, HR, finance, IT, marketing, systems migration, technician retention, licensing, branding, and back-office conversion. Builds a repeatable integration playbook, dashboards, checklists, timelines, and training programs while supporting operational diligence and deal modeling. The role reports to the CEO, is remote in the USA, and requires substantial travel.
