Design and implement a scalable AI harness and end-to-end AI-driven product features. Own feature lifecycle from design through testing, monitoring, and evaluation. Work with LLMs and AI agents, ensure data privacy and security practices, build fault-tolerant orchestration systems, and improve evaluation pipelines. Collaborate across Product and Engineering, participate in code reviews, and contribute to architectural decisions and team best practices.

Build joint GTM plans, enable partners, co-sell with AEs, perform account mapping, resolve escalations, and meet ambitious ARR targets while expanding a governed, high-value partner ecosystem across the Americas.
