Lead all-up-round testing for tactical solid rocket motor propulsion systems, including warhead and ESAD integration, static-fire and flight test execution, instrumentation, data review, anomaly investigations, and formal reporting. Coordinate government range authorities, safety organizations, logistics, airspace requirements, and test approvals. Manage explosive-material handling, hazardous shipping documentation, chain of custody, and compliance with DoD, ATF, DDESB, DOT, and applicable STANAG requirements.

Senior propulsion engineer responsible for tactical solid rocket motor ballistic performance modeling, structural and thermal analysis, testing, characterization, and validation. Leads anomaly investigations, performance trade studies, technical data submissions, safety and regulatory compliance activities, and technical leadership for composite propellant programs. Provides mentorship, supports manufacturing and quality improvements, contributes to technology roadmaps and proposals, and serves as a technical authority from formulation through full-scale testing.
