Leads SingleStore’s Americas new-logo sales organization across Enterprise, Commercial, and Strategic segments. Owns regional sales strategy, territory coverage, pipeline generation, forecasting, activity inspection, and quota attainment. Recruits, coaches, and develops account executives while improving prospecting, discovery, deal execution, champion creation, and conversion. Partners with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Sales Development, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success, and engages directly in priority enterprise opportunities.

Partner with account executives and channel partners to identify customer data challenges, lead technical sales evaluations, and close or expand business. Design, develop, and deploy proofs of concept; deliver value-based demonstrations and executive presentations; and serve as the technical subject matter expert for query tuning, load testing, and real-time data architectures. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and shape future solutions.

Serve as a customer-facing technical advisor to design, implement, and deliver production-grade real-time data solutions using SingleStore. Lead architecture, whiteboard sessions, integration across data pipelines and applications, troubleshoot and optimize deployments, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive prioritized, feasible solutions into production.
