Deploys, configures, operates, and maintains secure network infrastructure connecting customer facilities, OT/ICS environments, and hybrid-cloud services. Responsibilities include network design and onboarding, routing and switching, segmentation, firewalls, VPNs, incident response, troubleshooting, automation, configuration management, lifecycle upgrades, documentation, and change management. The role collaborates with engineering and customer technical teams to improve network reliability, security, and operational supportability.

Provides NOC and hybrid infrastructure support across AWS GovCloud, Cisco networks, operating systems, and identity platforms. Troubleshoots incidents, triages tickets, monitors DataDog and Splunk, manages Active Directory and Okta access, executes remediation scripts, communicates with technical and nontechnical users, and improves runbooks and automation. Requires 5+ years of NOC, IT operations, or systems support experience, DoD Secret clearance eligibility, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain IAT Level II certification.

Build and maintain resilient, containerized NodeJS ETL applications that extract operational technology data, translate it into a common model, and load it into PostgreSQL and AWS RDS. Integrate legacy and modern protocols, troubleshoot production connectivity issues, write thoroughly tested code, and collaborate on shared tooling. Deploy and manage applications using Kubernetes, CloudFormation, and Ansible while supporting reliable data flows from edge environments to the cloud.
