Perform manual testing for IAM workflows on the IBM Verify platform, validating SSO, MFA, OAuth/SAML/OpenID Connect, RBAC and identity provider integrations. Create and execute functional, regression, and integration tests across web and API layers, document defects with reproduction steps, support test data/environments, participate in Agile ceremonies, and gradually contribute to API/UI test automation.

Provide L2 support for IBM Verify and IAM services in a 24/7 shift environment. Troubleshoot authentication (SSO, MFA), SAML/OAuth issues, provisioning, federation, and lifecycle processes. Monitor systems, manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, maintain runbooks/KB, collaborate with engineering, and communicate in English and Spanish.

Lead design, implement, and optimize SailPoint ISC identity governance solutions. Architect Identity/Access Profiles, configure transforms and null checks, integrate with HRIS/AD/cloud systems, monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and mentor deployment teams to ensure secure, compliant identity lifecycles.
