Manages CMS’s Digital Quality Initiative projects across healthcare, technical, and organizational workstreams. Develops plans, roadmaps, dashboards, and executive reporting; coordinates FHIR interoperability and systems integration activities; manages risks, dependencies, decisions, and stakeholder communication; and supports Agile portfolio alignment, change management, organizational readiness, and adoption. The role facilitates collaboration among CMS leadership, technical teams, contractors, and business stakeholders throughout a complex, multi-year transformation.

Design and prototype AI agents, intelligent assistants, automations, and enterprise integrations using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, LLMs, and Power Automate. Develop prompt frameworks, proof-of-concepts, workflow accelerators, and intelligent knowledge solutions. Evaluate AI governance, security, compliance, and business value while collaborating with consultants to translate business challenges into AI solutions and documenting recommendations and implementation roadmaps.

Supports strategic planning, portfolio management, work intake, governance, performance reporting, and strategic initiatives for a federal healthcare technology program. The role develops roadmaps, dashboards, executive communications, and performance measures; facilitates leadership and cross-functional discussions; tracks risks, dependencies, and decisions; and drives process improvement. Success requires strong project management, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
