Lead development and execution of supply chain strategy, optimize processes, manage supplier and subcontractor relationships, oversee subcontract lifecycle and compliance (FAR/DFARS), mitigate supply chain risks, coordinate cross-functionally, monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and implement advanced supply chain technologies to support aerospace and defense programs.

Lead systems engineering activities including requirements engineering, systems integration, V&V, MBSE, architecture/design development, technical planning, risk management, and mentoring team members to deliver major project milestones.

Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML systems (deep learning, reinforcement learning, generative models) for aerospace and defense. Architect scalable solutions, integrate with hardware/software, lead projects, validate and verify performance and safety, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical autonomous, sensor-fusion, and real-time decision-making capabilities.
