Enhances and monitors international trade compliance programs, prepares export and import authorizations, conducts audits and risk assessments, delivers regulatory training, maintains compliance records, and coordinates with internal stakeholders and government agencies. The role focuses on ITAR, EAR, Foreign Trade Regulations, export control classifications, customs processes, and regulatory documentation within an aerospace and defense environment.

Oversee multiple complex aerospace and defense programs, managing customer relationships, technical execution, budgets of $20 million or more, schedules, risks, staffing, and contract performance. Lead cross-functional teams, monitor program status, resolve issues, support resource planning, and develop proposals from customer engagement through contract award. The role also includes stakeholder coordination, audits, negotiations, and business-area process improvement.

Designs and leads secure automation, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure security, vulnerability management, and cloud security across development and operational environments. Identifies and remediates risks, supports incident response, researches emerging threats, and partners with engineering and operations teams to embed security throughout the software lifecycle. Provides technical leadership and mentorship while advancing DevSecOps capabilities. Requires five or more years of security experience and an active Secret clearance, with eligibility to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance.
