Leads complex systems engineering activities including requirements engineering, architecture and design development, systems integration, verification and validation, MBSE, technical planning, risk management, and lifecycle management. Oversees major project deliverables, leads technical and decision analyses, mentors engineers, supports multidisciplinary development teams, and guides high-profile testing and supplier efforts. The role supports aerospace, ISR, aviation, and defense systems and requires a Secret security clearance.

Leads end-to-end UX/UI design for web, mobile, and CLI applications, including research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, usability testing, and design systems. Develops design strategy and information architecture, collaborates with product and engineering teams, ensures accessibility and brand consistency, reviews design quality, manages multiple projects, and mentors designers. Requires a strong UX/UI portfolio, advanced design software skills, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. security clearance.

Leads the design, development, integration, testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic systems for aerospace and defense projects. Responsibilities include circuit card assembly development, wiring design, PCB design, technical documentation, design reviews, multidisciplinary collaboration, mentoring junior engineers, and process improvement. The role requires expertise in circuit design, PCB fabrication, communications protocols, system safety, and aerospace electronics, along with eligibility for a Secret security clearance.
