The Product Education & Community Lead will develop product knowledge resources, sales enablement strategies, customer onboarding processes, and community engagement initiatives to enhance customer experience and internal understanding of Siena's AI solutions.

Own delivery of AI agent deployments for consumer brands from kickoff to sustained automation performance. Manage complex multi-stakeholder projects, diagnose CX ops issues (helpdesk configuration, routing, automation), monitor metrics, provide proactive updates, and co-lead strategic accounts while feeding operational patterns back to product.

Lead product marketing for an enterprise B2B SaaS agent: own launches, create customer case studies and academies, build competitive intelligence and ROI tools, develop sales enablement assets, and track marketing impact on pipeline and revenue.
