Own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial development of Sidecar Health’s provider marketplace platform, including provider profiles, pricing data, discovery, advertising, billing, and marketplace metrics. Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Provider Strategy. Drive provider acquisition, activation, monetization, experimentation, build-versus-buy decisions, regulatory requirements, and the transition from MVP to a scalable self-service product.

Build and maintain dbt and semantic data models in Snowflake, develop ingestion and transformation pipelines, define trusted product metrics, and improve data collection. Partner with Product and Engineering to support experimentation and feature analysis. Establish data quality testing, documentation, HIPAA-aware access controls, and compliance practices. Use and validate AI-generated code and Snowflake Cortex outputs while raising technical standards across the team.

The Vice President of Finance will lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, capital planning, reporting, and IPO readiness. The role partners with executive leadership, oversees financial systems and controls, supports fundraising and investor relations, manages financial risk, and builds a high-performing finance organization. This leader will strengthen scalable infrastructure, ensure GAAP-compliant reporting, guide capital allocation, and provide strategic financial insights for a rapidly growing healthcare company.
