Provide end-to-end talent acquisition support: partner with business leaders to forecast hiring, design sourcing strategies, configure and optimize the ATS, proactively source candidates using advanced Boolean and social sourcing, advise hiring managers, implement automation and AI tools, maintain talent pipelines, produce recruitment metrics, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

Conduct all-source research and OSINT monitoring to identify emerging threats and incidents. Triage and escalate findings, produce intelligence products and briefings, respond to RFIs, and support incident response and crisis communications. Work to SOPs, participate in peer review, and collaborate with client stakeholders while using threat-monitoring and AI-assisted tools.
