Manages a portfolio of lower-complexity laboratory client projects from quoting and sample setup through analysis, reporting, and invoicing. Serves as the primary client and laboratory liaison, monitors timelines and deliverables, maintains accurate project records, communicates status, reviews data and invoices, supports client meetings, and trains or delegates work to Project Manager Assistants. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and familiarity with environmental laboratory processes and regulations.

Manages the West Coast client services team, customer and laboratory relationships, strategic accounts, client issue resolution, compliance testing communications, workflow improvements, and project manager coaching. The role focuses on increasing revenue, addressing complex client needs, coordinating across departments, and improving processes through metrics and operational solutions.
