The role requires strong analytical, spreadsheet, Salesforce, communication, and process-development skills.

Serve as the primary technical and operational customer contact for SewerAI's PIONEER and AutoCode platforms. Triage and resolve lower-level technical issues, document interactions in Pylon, provide workflow and onboarding guidance, support ProServe projects, represent the company at trade shows, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention.

Own a named-account portfolio of large municipalities, utilities, contractors, and engineering firms. Lead full enterprise sales cycles—source, multi-thread committees, deliver executive pitches and demos, build business cases, negotiate ELAs ($50K+ ACV / six-figure agreements), close deals with margin discipline, and expand accounts post-sale. Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
