Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, lead qualification, appointment setting, prospect education, CRM pipeline management, market research, and collaboration with marketing. Leads a forward-deployed engineering team delivering customer integrations, data migrations, technical implementations, and escalations. Owns customer relationships from kickoff through go-live, designs integrations with GIS, CMMS, and inspection platforms, builds ETL and validation tooling, and manages team capacity, development, and performance. Partners with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to improve technical feasibility, scope work, and turn recurring custom implementations into reusable products and processes.

Supports revenue operations through Salesforce administration, GTM tooling, data quality management, reporting, pipeline analysis, territory design, quota planning, and capacity modeling. Builds dashboards and leadership digests, investigates data discrepancies, manages GTM support requests, and contributes to AI-assisted RevOps workflows. The role requires strong analytical, spreadsheet, Salesforce, communication, and process-development skills.
