Track recruiting KPIs, pipeline health, conversion, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and ROI. Represent the company brand, improve sourcing strategies, and consistently meet hiring targets in a fast-paced remote startup environment.

Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales and Operations roles, including sourcing, pipeline generation, candidate screening, interview coordination, offers, and hiring-manager partnership. Build scalable recruiting processes, track pipeline and hiring metrics, improve candidate experience, and create a repeatable recruiting playbook. The role requires strong cold outreach, high-volume recruiting experience, ATS proficiency, and the ability to consistently meet hiring targets in a rapidly growing remote startup.

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a virtual women’s behavioral health platform, including user research, product specifications, prototyping, launches, operational tooling, metrics, dashboards, and roadmap prioritization. Partner with engineering, clinical, operations, and leadership teams to scale patient-journey systems, configure third-party tools, and use AI to improve product development while protecting patient privacy and clinical accuracy.
