Coach and develop CSMs, manage customer risk, set strategic priorities, collaborate cross-functionally, hire and scale the team, and champion customer feedback at the executive level.

Lead and grow the Outbound SDR team: recruit, onboard, coach, and manage performance. Build outbound strategy and processes, monitor metrics and pipeline, run 1:1s, report KPIs, evaluate sales enablement tech, and motivate the team to drive pipeline creation.

Own a portfolio of ~20 enterprise Max customers as the executive-facing strategic advisor. Drive automation strategy, executive business reviews, onboarding alignment, data-backed adoption and expansion, onsite executive engagement, and cross-functional feedback to Product. Ensure measurable growth outcomes, retention, and long-term value realization through executive success plans and field partnerships.
